• Conceptualised and developed UI/UX for both mobile and desktop websites.

• Implemented pricing engine (without a backend, very fast) for educating sellers.
• Leads were updated real-time in Google sheets, this improved conversion by 25% compared to before, where operations had to query the data warehouse or ask database dump from owner to call a lead.
• Rapid iterations to the UI/UX after analysing Fullstory sessions. This helped in acquiring quality leads and CPC reduced to Rs.50 compared to Rs.350.
• Multiple deployments were possible daily as marketing stack was an S3 bucket (Angular app, no backend). This helped us to rapidly deploy daily without worrying about breaking other components.
• Experimented with Facebook messenger on the landing page to see if people are interested in initiating a chat and selling their bike.

• VTU results by WhatsApp
• VTU servers were really slow when results were out, so we made a chat bot on WhatsApp which would reply with the student’ result when USN (roll no.) was sent to the number.
• The bot was coded to mimic human typing. When a message was received, it would come online, would show it is typing for few seconds before sending the result. Thus people would think some human is typing out the information for them and be happy.
• We added a feature to randomly send a message when the regex didn’t match USN. We saw people are using the bot for entertainment purposes and had over 100 active users over a span of one week since launched.
• Spark – Internet caching targeted at consumer level
• Limited bandwidth is still a problem in places where the internet is not cheap and easily accessible.
• We tried to tackle the problem by rewiring the old caching technologies which were made for ISP level organisations.
• The solution provided can be used for households and also for mid-level organisations likes schools.
• Resource Portal – Combination of Dropbox (storage) + Google (search) + Zappier (automating tasks)
• Resource sharing system where professors can upload the resource and specify which students should receive it.
• The application would solve issues like the proper organisation of different resources and minimise human interaction to exchange resources like assignments and notes.
• Study Portal – High availability file server
• An application to watch different lectures from NPTEL locally and download them individually.
• We were serving 4TB of data to approximately 500 clients with a single server.
• System designed in a way to withstand crash if the website gets a heavy load, the file server would still run normally.
