• Worked on major code rewrite (.Net stack), moved functionalities from monolithic to tiered application design that helped in faster & cleaner integration of technologies like Redis, Elasticsearch & enabled us to support larger scale (~3mn users)
• Did changes to the RapidHire product logic (match-making) which doubled the core metric by analysing the data generated by the user interactions
• Built several UI interfaces including interactive dashboards using dc.js (crossfilter + d3.js)
• Integrated CRM with the backend by working closely with Sales/Support Teams, created feature specs & built internal tools for seamless flow which saved lots of time and increased their productivity
