• Byju's is the largest ed-tech company in the world with over 100M downloads. I lead two separate product charters `Byju's Tuition Centre` and `Devices Engineering`. Started both of them from scratch.
• My contributions included ideating, releasing MVPs of the product, hiring and structuring the teams, settings the engineering processes, roadmap setting, etc.

• Headed Byjus Tuition Centre
• BYJU’S Tuition Centre is a network of tech-enabled classroom centers spread throughout the country. There are 200+ centers already and slated to be 1000 centers at full scale. I bootstrapped the team by pulling engineers from the devices division and delivered the MVP in Dec 2021, and gradually built a team of 40+ engineers. The team creates various tools and portals to make the whole ecosystem run smoothly. We cater to 50K students currently and consistently increasing, with a target of 1 million students. Multiple microservices support student management (enrollment, attendance, etc), tutor management, and class management (batches, timetable, etc).
• Headed Devices Engineering Charter
• Started the Devices engineering team at Byju's in Early 2020, when I joined. Built the team from scratch to over 40 engineers working across Android, AOSP/BSP, and the backend and MDM(mobile device management). Ideated the 'LearnStation' [Byju's 1st in-house device] through phases of beta testing, early release, and stabilizing. The Learnstation ecosystem includes services for identity management(across byjus apps), backend device controls, device setup, and monitoring. I was also instrumental in creating processes around device logistics, return handling, support processes, on-call, etc.

• Launched multiple features and new services including automated ERP, tipping, Driver profile, Driver Benefits, Discovery Hub, Driver earning overview, multiple vehicle support, vehicle entity, etc.
