• [+] Current working on revamping Flipkart PLA Ingestion System (aka Ingestion pipeline) to support the future scale of demand and ensure Multi DC setup for PLA systems(ensuring no X-DC calls)
• [+] Scaling Applications Vertically, Scaling Flipkart PLA Ads Systems for BBD 2020.
• [+] Launching Flipkart Grocery listing Ads across all pages(Search & Browse pages) ensuring no overlap of demand across different marketplaces
• [+] Building end to end content insights view (aka Coin) for the Auto content generation systems which would help in measuring the effectiveness of strategies/rules resulting to content creation to be served on Flipkart property.
• [+] Lead track for sharding WMS ecosystem with the focus of scaling and ensuring the business continuity with review and mentoring of multiple other ongoing projects.
• [+] Worked and led the mobility charter for WMS ecosystem which involved solving Picking for multi-category product generically at scale. Worked on a unified task interface and providing Offline safe capability support in the solution.

• [+] Worked on Re-Architecture of the Warehouse system. This involved breaking the monolith system into micro-service, assigning responsibilities and creating the Reservation to Dispatch view and implementation of the same.
• [+] Scaling the WMS system for the BBD
• [+] Worked on workflow system for Non Customer Outbound Request with introduction of Transfer List. This was used later for any kind of inventory movement in warehouse such as IWIT, Transfer Request.
• [+] Stabilised the inventory reconciliation system(aka stock take) and added multiple new features to it.

• [+] Worked on WSN(serialised inventory concept) migration to Layered architecture module
• [+] Introduced a new packing algorithm (Large area first fit) for the calculation of shipment cost. This was needed as there was lot of variation of shipment cost based on packaging leading to multiple seller escalation
• [+] Launching Grocery supply chain from WMS. Sole owner of complete inbound flow integration and changes.
