• Data visualization using Excel:
• Designed and implemented data visualization reports in excel using python and xlwt library for the client Nodality. And extensively worked on xml parsing and writing sql alchemy queries for the same. I generated summary reports of biotech projects conducted by Nodality in excel.
• Plate Metrics Calculation:
• Designed and implemented a data analysis application for the client Nodality. I used .Net and devexpress wizard to provide interface for the biologists to narrow down the wells (test tubes with sample and some chemical compounds like modulators, inhibitors and stains etc, added to it) of interest to compare from an experiment they conducted. I implemented cherrypy service which read the multi-dimensional data (data is in fcs and wlx format, similar to xml) corresponding to these wells and called the in built mathematical functions on this data.

• Processed the health care data to convert to a common format using tool IDQM (Ingenix data quality management) so that data can be loaded to data warehouse.
