• Leading the user path initiatives of Search Ranking. Collaborating with architects, Product Managers and leadership to help the Search Ranking system evolve for the next set of challenges.This system handles user path requests, and works under very tight latency constraints, while delivering business critical experiences to the user, like personalisation.

• Working with product team to come up with technical solutions to complex business problems in the search ranking domain where I drive solutions, design, implementation and go live
• Dev poc for multiple platform components which receive the user path traffic, where scalability is very important.
• Become the spoc for multiple sale events where traffic reaches close to 10x of regular traffic. As a sale spoc, i drive load tests, identify scale bottlenecks across the stack, drive runbook preparation and sale specific SOPs
• Mentor juniors and ramp them up to speed.
