• I collaborated with senior applied scientists to develop an innovative search experience that changed how users refine their queries. By implementing vector embedding-based search and approximate nearest neighbor based intent matching. We created an intelligent system that guides users through an intent clarification process, transforming vague queries into precise ones. This pioneering work eliminated the need for users to manually sift through web pages, instead providing direct, inline answers when possible through an interactive conversation flow built from search session data. The system's success led to its evolution into a long-term Bing feature that continues to enhance user search experiences today.
