• As one of the two engineers in Dialer Squad, I was responsible for the end-to-end development and stability of the product.

• Spearheaded hiring and training initiatives while providing mentorship to junior team members.
• VueOps Drive significantly elevated productivity and reliability, diminishing reliance on third-party vendors. Built with Ruby on Rails, AWS, ReactJS, Elasticsearch, and PostgreSQL.
• File Processing Engine made our system highly scalable & reliable. No more choking under high load. Built with Node.js, Serverless Framework, AWS Lambda and other services.
• Implementation of the new File Processing Engine resulted in a cost reduction of at least 5x and decreased file processing failures by 3x, while also instilling best practices throughout the company.

• Worked for the Pricing team. Improved the efficiency of various processes by building software.
• I was responsible for the entire application development, from gathering requirements to building UI, from building the full stack application to scaling it.
• An example of improving a process, records were being validated and imported using excel. It was a slow and expensive process. We turned it into a simple file upload by automating the entire process. What used to take days, was reduced to minutes.
• All of this would not have been possible without the business team. I have learned a lot from them.
