I hold the position of Principal Software Engineer at Microsoft's Hyderabad office, where I am an integral part of the m365 team. Previously, I worked as a CoreExperience (CXE) engineer for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in the Android platform (Project K2) for approximately a year. Following this, I worked as a developer for Excel ('16) iOS, which sparked my interest in large-scale app development. Subsequently, I was presented with the opportunity to work in the MobileOnly team, a start-up within Office 365, where I developed Sprightly for iOS and then Microsoft Kaizala - the next big thing for the MobileOnly team. I then moved on to bootstrap a service for the Kaizala Actions platform, which would be integrated with Microsoft Teams. My current focus is on developing the MetaOS platform for m365, which will enable every partner to develop apps across all m365 hubs (e.g., Teams, Outlook, Office, etc.). I derive immense pleasure from solving complex problems surrounding scale, performance, and federation for our service components. I hold a Master's degree in Computer Science & Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and have a strong interest in algorithms, data structures, problem-solving, cross-platform programming, and large-scale app development. I am constantly learning new programming techniques and enjoy staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends. Aside from my professional pursuits, I am a gadget enthusiast and enjoy spending my free time on Quora, listening to music, watching movies and TV series, and working out.
