  • Look at increase hiring from cost effective channels like Employee Referrals, direct sourcing etc.
  • Maintaining data base of resources through Job Portals, Employee References, and Partners/Consultants etc.
  • Prepare recruitment dash board for team, highlights, lowlights and Plan of Action of the week for weekly team meeting.
  • Apart from core recruitment I was also involved in other HR activities like Employee engagement, Joining formalities, Employee induction programmes etc.
