Look at increase hiring from cost effective channels like Employee Referrals, direct sourcing etc.
Maintaining data base of resources through Job Portals, Employee References, and Partners/Consultants etc.
Prepare recruitment dash board for team, highlights, lowlights and Plan of Action of the week for weekly team meeting.
