• This application receives the traceability data (serial numbers) from the suppliers validates the data and stores it in the database. There is an APEX solution built on this database for the reporting purpose.

• This application tracks the issues found in the hardware used by Sun and also the corrective action taken for those issues. It also generates reports based on some criteria that allow business people to take prompt actions.

• 1.Brainstorming sessions and discussions with business people to get the right functional mix with an effective design for implementation of the project.
• 2.Analysis and coding of the module.
