AWS CloudTrail™ multi-region integration allows CWP to understand the context of the Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), Public/Private Subnet, Auto Scaling Group (ASG), and the Amazon Machine Image (AMI) that is used in launching the workloads.

• Conceptualize and completely owned and delivered REST based Common Agent Framework (CAF).
• Was responsible for architecture and end-to-end development of CAF.
• Was responsible for complete end-to-end integration of CAF with underlying agent and with CWP server.
• Features Development –
• > CAF provides umbrella type architecture, where-in it provides certain common functionality such as REST based communication mechanism with the server, common agent functionality to the multiple existing agents. This enables existing agents to be used in cloud environment with little or no change to their current architecture.

• Symantec Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange 7.5 combines Symantec antimalware technology with advanced heuristics to provide real-time email protection against viruses, spyware, phishing, and other malicious attacks while enforcing content filtering policies on Microsoft Exchange Server 2007, 2010 and 2013. • Product: Symantec System Recovery (SSR):
• SSR is a Volume Imaging based backup and restore product for desktops and servers. It not only does a full system recovery but also achieves the restore on a dissimilar hardware seamlessly using pre-boot environments such as WinPE. It has capability to do P2V conversion (vmdk/ vhdx) and V2P as well. It can back up Physical as well as Virtual Machines. It’s the derivative of the famous Partition Magic built from the same code base. It provides incremental backup functionality via change tracking driver. It relies on Windows VSS framework for taking volume snapshot.

• Responsible to define the high level architecture of the following features.
• > P2V (VHDX) – P2V feature was enhanced to add support for converting physical backup images to VHDX format.
• > UEFI support – UEFI support was added to SSR. SSR was enhanced to support backup and restore of boot (OS) volumes from / to UEFI firmware based systems.
• > Media Rotation – Media rotation feature add backup media rotation capability to backup destination in SSR.
• > Telemetry – Telemetry in SSR helps in decision making and analysis of the pattern in which customer makes use of the product.
