• Currently leading a team of developers that are developing an Inside Sales Solution on a cloud platform catering all the needs of an intelligent inside sales rep and their managers through the various stages.

• Initially I was under a skilled Senior Software Developer to build an application which would provide a screen recording solution - Ameyo Screen Recorder along with the Call Center Software that was provided.
• Later an archiving solution for Ameyo Screen Recorder as managing the large raw video file would eventually became a pain point for the customers. This software would archive and save the video files in Standard formats that could be played in common video players along with audio.
• DNCIndia.com maintenance and customer technical queries were standalone handled by me.
• The Call Center Software generated huge raw voicelogs that had to be archived so that later it can be accessed when required. The Voicelog Archiver solution was provided along features to play and download voicelogs from UI.
• The Call Center Software were now heading towards Franchise Setups where a central monitoring setup could control other small franchise setups. This requirement was also catered in the Voicelog Archiver solution.
