• Ship Reporting Re-design(Nov 2016 – Present)
• Reporting for metrics related to shipping cost for shipments affected by factors such as packaging, time and label placements was either non-automated or very primitive. The project involves providing advanced metrics on easy to add dashboards by migrating the existing system to different backend, improving operational cost, support and providing real time actionable reports.

• Shipment Tracking Re-Architechture(Dec 2015 – Sep 2016)
• The backend for shipment tracking involved configuration files, business rules, third party calls and database calls. The project involved optimizing the systems and the related components and reducing the operational cost and turn-around time for feature addtion.

• Package Movement Modification(Jul 2013 – Sep 2013)
• The project allowed addresses for the customer to be modified on customer initiation after the package has been shipped and addressed security concerns related to protecting confidential customer addresses.
• Bulk Package Tracking Application(Dec 2013 – Dec 2013)
• This project was to create a web page to track multiple amazon packages through an external website to allow third parties like freight forwarders to provide better experience to customers with amazon shipped packages.
• Two Way Communication - Account Authorization(Nov 2013 – Mar 2014)
• In order to make sure that the customers are getting signed on for text and email updates by their correct contact numbers we enabled two way communication for subscription confirmation. This involved both changes on website experience and changes on backend.
• Bulk Order Tracking Experience(Feb 2015 – May 2015)
• This project involved creating an experience for bulk orders(Orders with more than 100 packages). This involved creating a whole new page for amazon tracking experience in order to provide good tracking experience for business customers by aggregating different packages in different buckets. The project involved managing timelines, changes and requirements across more than 10 teams across different orgs.
