We have built a high expectancy platform from scratch to serve 100 million monthly active users within a 95 percentile response time of 100ms and a peak load of 4500 TPS.
• This platform was built under guidance of CPO and Global CIO with a vision to provide complete solution to partners by owning their metrics. Here we close the loop through targeted distribution of partner coupons and listing partner products on Airtel channels. I am responsible for deliveries and performance of this platform.
• A dedicated team of 35 engineers is supporting this platform as well as incorporating new supplies and better demands. Their career progression and mentorship is also my responsibility.
