From a young age, I was captivated by styling and loved shopping, not just for myself but for others as well. Little did I know that this passion would eventually shape my career. Growing up as the daughter of a defense officer, I quickly learned the importance of self-presentation, time management, and organization. Our frequent relocations exposed me to diverse cultures, deepening my curiosity about how people present themselves and how appearance can help break down initial barriers. After earning my degree in IT Engineering, I spent over four years working as a Software Development Engineer at a multinational company. During this time, I led initiatives focused on enhancing my colleagues' well-being, which helped me develop empathy, strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to make quick, effective decisions. I’ve had the privilege of working with the Naandi Foundation, one of India’s leading social organizations, where I helped raise personal hygiene awareness for over 150 students. I also collaborated with schools, training institutes, and corporate companies. Recently, I had the pleasure of styling hundreds of customers at EVEREVE. It’s incredibly rewarding when they return and request me by name. Their positive feedback inspired me to start my own practice, leading to the creation of arshiagarg.com. I’m grateful for the opportunity to make a difference in my clients’ lives and to help them build their confidence. Creating an impactful image takes time, consistency, and discipline. I take pride in my approach of crafting customized solutions for each client, rather than following a one-size-fits-all method, to help them achieve their personal and professional goals.
