• 1.Session Initiation Protocol(SIP) Stack testing for Avaya Desktop Video Device(ADVD)(Android based tablet): This required me to understand the SIP legacy codebase of Avaya and carry out message level testing with the help of various tools like Wireshark and Session Manager traces. Independently completed the test planning and test execution for the SIP codebase.
• 2. VIDEO Testing: Carried out the video testing for ADVD with respect to various codecs, different Communication Manager settings, different configurations with multiple environments and interoperability with other video endpoints.
• 3. AUDIO Testing: Ensured good quality audio in calls by covering all scenarios with various codecs, configuring packet loss and introducing jitter.
• 4. Conferencing: This is a module where a user can schedule conferences (audio/video) and participants can receive calls without them actually joining to the bridge. Successfully executed all the customer user scenarios for this module.
• 5. Failover-Failback: This deals with the concept of redundancy where we have primary and secondary servers for call processing. Carried out test planning and test execution for the entire module.
• 6. UI Testing: Functional and Integration testing for different modules like the call module, exchange integration module, Android UI Apps.
