• DND (do not disturb) : This project is successfully implemented for Vodafone operator. In this we follow TRAI RULE for OBD.
• Out Bound Dialling Automation : This Project is Automation process where complete OBD architecture was automated, process include the automation of USER base receive, base filtering and segregation on the basis of circle and number series with DND filtration(Both TRAI and operator), base transfer to production sever from Central DB server, Out dialing request management, IVR flow and application selection as per the VAS requirements, Call data record Management in the forms of files and databases, subscription engine integration, and central MIS
• system integration.
• Central MIS : This project is based on Client Server architecture where central database server is connected with production server on which actual VAS applications were deployed. The application is responsible for displaying the MIS logs from all the production servers to the central server. All the logs are transferred to the central system, where these logs are interpreted and segregated in the format as desired by the internal or external client for display or to download in the form of excel sheet, CSV files or db script
• Subscription Engine: This was an integral module which was responsible for subscription activities like CRBT activation, VAS pack activation and deactivation, online charging etc. for all VAS services (Indial, Outdial, SMS, WAP), It was responsible for fast request queue management, third party API integration, Proper logging and Multi Threaded Process execution.
