• Designed and lead projects to measure and improve ad creative quality for different Amazon Ads products. Used ML solutions to process text, image and video content and extract insights from it. Built highly scalable, available, low latency and fault tolerant application to process business events and publish read time creative quality insights to partner and stakeholder teams.

• Designed and lead the development for project of doing high-precision machine and human moderation for a high volume Ad program. Key challenges were the scale of the incoming traffic where millions of Ads resulting in billions of impressions per day were to be moderated in order of minutes.

• Designed and developed systems to automatically detect revenue impacting changes and experiments across the company and alert finance teams to intervene and prevent revenue loss. Key challenges were big data processing of TeraBytes of data and deep dive into multiple business units within the company. Also, trained an entire tech teams bootstrapping to future versions of the system.
• Designed and developed systems to prevent sale of items with high defect and return rates to achieve saving spends of millions of dollars. Key challenges were working with multiple business units to develop detecting such cases and taking preventive actions and to automatically reinstate items one the issue was resolved to prevent further revenue loss. Primary tech challenges were developing a solution with mix of OLTP and OLAP data, integrating systems using different protocols. Worked with engineers of multiple teams to deliver this project.
• Designed and developed state of the art communication systems for Shopper customers. Key challenges were to integrated 20+ different services to collect all required information and designing a scalable system to serve varying range of traffic dependent on real world events. Technical challenges were to build highly scalable, available and fault tolerant web services. Worked with product and program team distributed across the world for the project.
