• As Head of Engineering for Games, I was responsible for handling the development and maintenance of all the games at GetMega. Working directly with the CEO, I assembled and trained a team of 10+ highly skilled people who developed 30+ games and their required tech stack. Some of the interesting things I worked on are:
• Building scalable processes to hire and train the best talent in the industry
• Expanding into various genres of games like Cards, Casual and Trivia
• Expanding into multiplayer games which contributed to over 80% of the revenues
• Building processes to monitor the health of games and provide support when required
• Decided upon and setup a tech stack for quickly creating games optimized for mobile
• Optimized to get the smallest APK size of games (1/10th of our competitors) without loss in quality to improve marketing efforts

• Worked on semantic analysis of Google Play app store reviews using Google word2vec to figure out various bugs and defects present in the app automatically. Used various classification and clustering algorithms to figure out the defects in an unsupervised manner. The defects are also given a priority score according to how critical the defect was and rating improvement prediction was also given based on how many users are talking about the defect
• This data can be used by the developer to figure out a more efficient and optimal development plan.

• Worked on Task Pattern Mining Engine for Cortana framework and was successfully able to mine patterns in user behavior using Association pattern mining and Clustering algorithms. The extracted patterns can further be used to provide automated task suggestions to users.
