About

I’ve always had a natural curiosity for technology. My passion for technology continued to develop and I enrolled for a Computer Science Engineering degree from the Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (VNIT). In college, I continued with my passion for Technology and also explored the role of management. I took part in various coding competitions and hackathons. Along with this, I spearheaded various committees in college. Recently, 2nd runner up in Hackon with Amazon as a team led with more than 1000 participating teams from the best colleges in INDIA. I was lucky to join Tata research development and Design Center as a research intern where I explored the field of machine learning and Natural language Processing. I also did Software development Internship at Idea to Startup where I got to learn about ReactJS, NodeJS, and PostgresSQL. I am always exploring and learning various domains of Computer Science and adapting myself to them. In college along with academics, I was part of various clubs. I organized Central Indias Largest Esummit Consortium'21 as a part of the Entrepreneurship cell. Also, made a short film with the Hallabol Dramatics Society. All these activities helped in my all-around development. Interested in full-stack web development and competitive coding. Building Customer Support Platform and the Communications Platform for Kotak
Key Achievements:
Led the end-to-end architecture design for the OTP generation platform, removing dependency on third-party providers and saving approximately 2 crore annually. Added features such as user block and unblock, OTP over voice, and enabled easy onboarding of new authentication methods. Also directed the migration from the on-prem legacy system to the new platform.
Designed and implemented the Enterprise Channel within the communication platform, enabling services to consume events and process them independently. Enabled 811 to display OTP in push notifications and added multilingual support for INAPP OTPs so customers could view OTPs in their preferred language.
Built the Product Support functionality in the app, allowing customers to raise support tickets for loans, accounts, and credit cards with ease. Improved customer experience by reducing reliance on phone support. Enhanced de-duplication logic through issue-type based dedup and collaborated with five teams to successfully launch the feature.
