Study was basically directed/intended towards the improvement of the existing channel for the sale of Simcards.
Development competitive strategies to achieve the sales target.
Channel Management System involves a detailed study of the channel members in the sales activity, since channel members are a key foundation for the improvement of sales and are also responsible for maintaining the supply of products in the market accordance to the demand generated.
The study mainly concentrates on retailers, as it is widely accepted and believed that retailers are key elements in channel system for the development of Business.
A sample of 100 retailers and 4 franchisees was taken for the study, All the 100 retailers were administered a questionnaire along with direct interview sessions. Direct interviews were conducted with the Franchisee as directed by the company.
