• I have made significant contributions to the company in terms of improving application architecture. One of my key accomplishments was assisting in the build and enhancement of customer-facing applications that effectively managed various customer records, including balances, purchases, and repairs.
• I played a vital role in enhancing the functionalities of entity merging based on different parameters and implementing necessary restrictions.
• Additionally, I worked on the architectural development of applications tailored to specific regions such as NA/Europe. This involved optimising data flow and field rendering based on regional requirements, thereby reducing unnecessary API calls.
• Furthermore, I actively participated in the implementation of compliance-related applications to ensure adherence to regional laws. This included capturing customer consents through web apps, email communications, and consumer-side pages, as well as addressing various customer requests such as data export, deletion, selling, and marketing.
• Another significant contribution was the development of a robust Global Search feature that facilitated searches across the platform for any relevant entity. Adding intelligent search feature which finds phone number, Order No, VIN, etc. on the basis of the type of string searched by the User.
• I led a team of six developers, overseeing task estimations, assignments, and resolving any blockers that arose during the development process. Additionally, I conducted thorough code reviews to optimize the code written by junior developers and provided guidance during these reviews.
