Here's a bit about me: 1. I’m currently leading analytics for growth charter at Meesho, leading a team of 30+ analysts. Working with high-growth, high-velocity company has instilled in me a love for hustling beyond the boundaries of a defined job description. 2. I have built and led a central Analytics team from scratch for RPSG Group, and along the way, I learnt that managing a team can be just as challenging, if not more so, than being an individual contributor. 3. While my background puts me in a sweet spot between data and strategy, I have always resonated with the quote from the great Rahul Dravid who says, “Ask him to walk on water and he’ll ask how many miles”, and so I understand that in a fast-paced growing company, versatility and willingness to step out of my comfort zone are critical and essential. 4. I have led the most strategic projects and moved the most critical metrics, but never did it alone. Collaborating with cross-functional teams across the globe was the secret sauce. Building this "social equity" has been instrumental in creating an enjoyable work environment where I have been told that people enjoy working with me. 5. Unlike many wise people, who abandon the ship during challenging times, I steadfastly remain committed to the company through its highs and lows. The company I was previously working with, unfortunately, had a terrible fall from being a unicorn to almost bankruptcy, but I stayed with the company, worked with the co-founder, and helped in the successful spin-off of the company 6. Beyond the office: I am a national badminton player and a two-time state badminton champion. I’m also a published author, with my first book selling copies across four continents. 7. Also, beyond the office: I write about my travel experiences, life lessons, and very important human traits of kindness and empathy. I also write about analytics and tech. Documenting my answers digitally has garnered over 20 million impressions and over 25,000 followers across various platforms.
