• I was responsible for exploring growth channels and improving the product adoption with new features and improvements which included:
• Working on acquisition and activation funnel improvements which was primarily focused on heat map analysis, user-calling and improving onboarding flow, conversion funnel step reduction with gradual product improvements.
• Owning the Greetings module in myBillBook app, easy tool to create WhatsApp shareable greetings, used by 60% of the SMB userbase on app
• Creating a feedback system on Jira (later, ProductBoard) used by Product team to map user feedback & requests, which helped in prioritising features & plan better roadmaps.
• Building FloBiz landing page which defined the company ethos and also gave an intro to the kind of products and culture as a company we are building, for SMBs of Bharat.
