I had also worked extensively on org design, HR strategy and recruitment strategy Diffr: My 1st startup stint, I built a robust community of mentors and developed innovative career guidance tools, helping over 17,000 individuals. Asian Paints: I handled the HR, security, and CSR portfolio at Mysuru Plant. I designed and implemented HR & Security processes for the greenfield project from scratch leading a team of 6 officers. Some of my major achievements during the stint was successfully handling a strike organized by local villagers both as an HR manager and security manager and also successfully implementing 'women in night shift' project. Reliance Industries: I was HRBP of 400+ employees at the Nagothane Plant . I acquired SHRM HRBP certification. I also handled employee engagement, talent management, PMS and L&D at the site. Amdocs: Worked as a software engineer handled multiple application built on perl, unix, coldfusion, PHP DM me or mail me to connect further.
