Founder of Hrmony Partners, I want to create better workplaces for both employers and employees. I specialize in talent management, rewards, compensation, employee engagement, learning & development, employer branding, and recruitment and I work with organizations especially founders to create the best people strategies and practices helping them to achieve their business objectives. I am a strong advocate of building employee-centric workplaces and advocating mental health and well-being at workplaces. I have taken 2 career breaks in my life, first one in 2019 that ended with building my 1st startup and 2nd one in 2024 when I wrote a book, generated multiple income streams eventually started my HR consulting firm. I had also worked extensively on org design, HR strategy and recruitment strategy Diffr: My 1st startup stint, I built a robust community of mentors and developed innovative career guidance tools, helping over 17,000 individuals. Asian Paints: I handled the HR, security, and CSR portfolio at Mysuru Plant. I designed and implemented HR & Security processes for the greenfield project from scratch leading a team of 6 officers. Some of my major achievements during the stint was successfully handling a strike organized by local villagers both as an HR manager and security manager and also successfully implementing 'women in night shift' project. Reliance Industries: I was HRBP of 400+ employees at the Nagothane Plant . I acquired SHRM HRBP certification. I also handled employee engagement, talent management, PMS and L&D at the site.
