As an Lead Product Manager (Associate Director) at Ola, I lead the product strategy, vision and delivery of critical customer, driver and marketplace products. I built SOTA products in the areas of Allocation-Pricing marketplace, Driver(merchant) onboarding, new category additions on the platform that are crucial and contributed to the growth of the platform. I led numerous other high-impact projects that enhanced both operational efficiencies and customer engagement. Notably, I pioneered the implementation AI led dynamic discounting engine which intelligently manages the discount budget spends for maximum ROI achieving a xx% reduction in spends and a xx% increase in conversion rates. Another notable mention is a State of Charge (SOC) based allocation system for electric vehicles. This system intelligently matched vehicles to customers based on battery charge levels, enhancing vehicle uptime by xx% and boosting category revenue by xx%. This initiative showcased my ability to merge technical innovation with practical, revenue-driving applications. Furthermore, I spearheaded the development of a peak pricing engine utilising supervised learning models. This tool dynamically adjusted prices based on real-time demand and supply data, maximising demand conversion rates and significantly increasing platform revenue.   • Implemented the intent identification in the calls between customer and driver through speech to text transcription through ASR models like Whisper and NLP based intent detection models to identify frauds like asking for extra cash, asking for drop location, asking to go off platform that affects the platform’s performance.
  • Improved the allocation system by implementing a reinforcement learning based assignment model which considers higher number of data features of demand and supply thereby increasing the completed rides and revenue on the platform.
  • Implemented a peak pricing engine through supervised learning models that gathers more data features on demand and supply which maximises the demand conversion rate.
