• Assisted the WHO’s Regional Office for Southeast Asia (WHO-SEARO) with AI-based monitoring of the COVID-19 pandemic in Southeast Asia during the 1st wave of COVID-19
• Worked with Medical Officers in India, Bangladesh and Indonesia to study the burden on health facilities in these countries and led the development of an AI system to identify regions facing a shortage of medical equipment due to COVID-19.
• The project was aimed at helping WHO with recommending emergency response actions to the authorities in 3 countries
• Presented our work at the 37th ICML Workshop on Health Systems, Population Health and the Role of Health-Tech 2020
