• I assisted central government institutions in school education in policy design, data analysis, project planning & execution and strategy building.
• Wrote two comic books (Cogito) and 5 teacher manuals published by CBSE. Learnt that if you can breakdown a project and know how to learn well you can do almost anything that you want.

• Work included, identification of research opportunities, design and development of communication material and data analysis.

• Conducted quantitative research on relationship between reading fluency and reading comprehension in Indian languages.
• Understood the nuances of Center-State relationships. Interfaced with several state governments. Got governments excited about the creative use of data for decision making.
• Learnt that writing draft zero of any policy is the most critical piece of work one can undertake.

• Tried using advanced statistics in data scarce space. Eventually started working on improving data quality in government systems. Lead the execution of largest educational survey in India - NAS 2017 by supporting NCERT.

• Responsible to manage operations for Teach For India's training institute i.e. being a proxy principal for a school with ~400 students and 46 staff for a period of six weeks.
• Failed miserably in managing ops in first couple of weeks. Went back and cleaned the entire school myself to substitute for school help. Learnt that fixing toilets can ensure sustainable female student attendance.

• As a fellow I was responsible to put 64 seventh graders on fundamentally different life path at a low income Private school located at the heart of Pune city. During my fellowship following are the highlights:
• Full scholarship till doctoral education
• All the female students in my class have received Leela Poonawala scholarship to study till doctoral education. The scholarship covers living, uniform, books and tuition cost.
• Lead, Project Akshar
• I lead a team of 8 for a in-community project called "Akshar", which was aimed at leadership developement of students from two nearby schools in a low income community in Pune. We did this by providing exposure of real world problems and appropriate mentoring to all our students.

• Intern at ONGC Uran Plant Mumbai at Gas Turbine station of Co-Generation Plant.
• Learnt that during winters air naturally gets dense increasing the efficiency of the turbine plant.
• Similar effect can also be seen for liquid fuel so next time when you go to get your vehicle refilled do it early in the morning to get more kilometers per unit currency.
