• Conceptualized, launched and scaled a new LoB, Classplus Lite, from scratch to 1M+ users and a 20 member team in 11 months
• Lite later became the largest growth engine driving significant top of the funnel traffic for premium conversion (50%+ of sales)

• At Merak our vision is to automate the back office for enterprises. We have built a state-of-the-art product suite that helps business extract structured information from unstructured data sources.
• Our flagship product is an advanced form digitization system that assists and automates data entry/capture from scans of templatizable documents such as application forms by capturing both printed and handwritten (even cursive freestyle) text with high accuracies. The system is built in house from the ground-up allowing both on-premise and over-the-cloud deployments.
• Our products allow information retrieval from photos and scans of Bank Cheques, Restaurant Menus, KYC Documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, Passport) and Application Forms.
• Bootstrapped with only $1.5K, built and scaled SaaS products to an ARR of $100K by onboarding marquee clients such as Societe Generale, AJG, Swiggy, Myntra, PolicyBazaar etc.
• Processed over 50K documents per month at scale.

• Led a cross-functional team of 12 engineers, developers and designers to deliver a high quality e-commerce product across platforms (iOS, Android and Web). Primarily responsible for driving engagement from 50K to 100K MAUs.

• Worked on Autonomous Robot Localization using Computer Vision. A novel visual fiducial system called April Tags was used to localize the Butlerbot (a prototype butler robot) in an unknown environment. I was able to extend the initial scope of my project by developing a system for the interaction of the robot with guests.
