• As a Senior Product Manager at American Express, I have the privilege of working with the Payment Network team, focusing on Global Merchant and Network Systems. My primary responsibility is - Managing Authorization—a critical aspect of our operations that ensures smooth, secure, and efficient transaction processing across the globe.
• In my role, I oversee a range of initiatives designed to enhance the authorization process for merchants and cardholders. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that address the unique challenges faced by our global network.
