Hello Folks! I am a Dual Degree (B.Tech + M.Tech) graduate in Industrial and Systems Engineering with a Microspecialization in AI from IIT Kharagpur. I have almost 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist and have a strong background in Data Science, Machine Learning and NLP. At OLA, I have worked on a plethora of use-cases spanning in the domain of Machine Learning & Statistics, Time Series Forecasting, Operations Research & Supply Chain Management, Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision. A few of them are last-mile logistics, cab allocation, EV sales forecasting, NLP-driven CRM systems, CV-based quality inspection systems, etc. I have worked with petabytes of data and handled a scale of millions of users and rides per day, delivering high-quality and high-impact results that increase customer satisfaction and retention, as well as revenue and profitability for the company.
