About

I am currently pursuing a Master in Management (MiM) at HEC Paris, and am in my M1 year. Over the next year, I am actively seeking internship opportunities in consulting and marketing to explore and deepen my interests in these fields. Previously, I pursued a Bachelor’s in Economics (Hons.) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, one of India’s most prestigious institutions. I have a keen interest in management, marketing, data analytics, and research—skills I’ve honed through diverse internships, projects, and extracurricular involvement. I have interned at Deloitte and Michael Page, gaining valuable exposure to the corporate world and sharpening my problem-solving and analytical abilities. At HEC Paris, I am a Consultant at 180 Degrees Consulting, where I work on high-impact projects that drive social change while applying business strategies to real-world problems. As a Next Generation Women Leader at McKinsey & Company, I am part of a selected cohort of driven female students passionate about leadership, impact, and problem-solving. Through this program, I receive mentorship, training, and networking support from McKinsey professionals, along with exclusive access to workshops and events. In addition, I served as Project Director at Connecting Dreams Foundation–SRCC, leading the operations and strategy of Aarogya, a project committed to improving menstrual health and hygiene for underprivileged women and girls across India. Under my leadership, Aarogya impacted over 66,000 lives in 45+ areas across 14 states, conducted 195+ awareness sessions, and collaborated with 15+ NGOs, corporates, and government bodies. I also oversaw public relations, brand strategy, and digital outreach. I’m a curious and determined individual who thrives in dynamic environments, values effective communication, and is always eager to collaborate and grow. I look forward to building innovative, purpose-driven solutions alongside passionate and talented professionals.

  • Connecting Dreams Foundation is a pan India non-profit foundation registered and licensed under section 8 of the Companies Act, 1956, Government of India, with its branches spread across various institutions, which creates social entrepreneurship models and empowers underprivileged people. CDF-SRCC, established in 2014, is a branch of the umbrella organisation-Connecting Dreams Foundation and has been ranked #1 since the last 5 years, consecutively.
  • With a desire to impact thousands of lives we are inspired and energized to celebrate the spirit of social entrepreneurship while working for creating a positive change. Through one-to-one interactions with the people, various need assessment surveys and research, we identified the problems that the people were battling with and found innovative solutions for the same.
  • We have three projects and one social outreach initiative on-ground that battle with the problems of menstrual hygiene, dying artforms, waste generation, and education. We also have some projects in the research phase.
  • Moreover, our projects have won numerous prizes at various national and international platforms. Our initiatives have also been recognized and covered by various media platforms and newspaper reports. Unanimously, our efforts are headed towards the upliftment of the marginalized sector by providing them a platform to turn themselves into entrepreneurs.
