• As data science manager I do interact with stakeholders in different verticals like supply, finance, commercials, operations, HR and business devlopment teams to identify and recognize areas of advancement using AI/ML technologies. Develop squad for projets and ensure all deliverables are as per companies vision and timelines. Extend this partnership for any support or change in process for decision making and adoption of solution.
• This requires collaboration with cross functional teams and multiple vendor partners who are identified and budgeted for the project, ensure appropriate tech stacks are in place and solutions developed are optimized with best in class data science algorithms and techniques, often mentoring and guiding team members, managing stakeholders expectations etc.
• Highlight includes developing market demand estimation tool and companies csh forecasting tool which brought in benefit of ~5% in revenue and ~9M USD saving on top line by couple of tools developed by us. These were used directly in office of CEO and CFO

• Helped business identify and perform segmentation for the outlets, define promotional activities, define product assortment for the market using regression, forecasting and clustering techniques.
• Optimize the yield (resulted in 5% higher yield) at the manufacturing hub which significantly impacts the business profits and reduces the strain on resources, storage etc.
• Define the optimum media spend to have increment in market share (~2% increment) for the products in portfolio.
• Use NLP techniques and casual modelling to measure the share of voice for the products, analyze what products are being preferred or associated with in consumers. This helps business to reposition the brand and also gives direction to innovation teams.
