• As a senior coordinator in a project management organization (PMO), I executed and maintained project management processes for 2-3 Medium to large projects with support and guidance of a Lead Project Manager. I provided leadership of internal teams to secure client deliverables in the areas of project schedule, quality, communications, risk/issue, and change management. Building strong communication channels with client and internal departments such as Sales, Solutions & Service while acting as primary customer interface for certain roles. Worked on a large multi-year project which used a hybrid methodology of waterfall and agile project management.
• Accomplishments:
• Worked with the lead project manager an iterative and incremental agile approach in installing new equipment and turning up the many sites for the customers immediate value in an overall waterfall project.
• Worked with customers to provide individual interactions. Collaborated with the customer to gain access to the site and turn up the equipment for immediate use. Responded to change and remained adaptable to the customer’s access, location of equipment and desire for various types of equipment and services.
• Worked with engineers, installers, and customers to get the over 100 sites installed to deliver immediate value and fulfill the customer’s expectations.
• Attended daily and weekly stand-up meetings to go over backlog and deliver the products at times using sprints. Worked with a small group of project coordinators and worked with dedicated engineers and installers to get the products and services delivered.
