As a Data Science Lead at UnitedHealth Group, I lead a team of data scientists to build state-of-the-art NLP solutions that provide insights into customer contacts across various channels. These insights help reduce operational costs and improve customer experience by identifying the reasons for interaction, dissatisfaction, and sentiment.
