I lead AI Solutions Incubation at Andela, where we are helping global enterprises deploy artificial intelligence at scale. This is a senior team leadership role reporting into the C-suite, building repeatable, scalable AI solutions (including agentic AI) that transform staff augmentation into packaged solutions thereby moving the industry from custom implementations to systematic innovation. I began my career as a software engineer at Hewlett-Packard (now Keysight Technologies), developing embedded systems.
