As a user experience designer, I believe it is important to have the ability to build experiences that are crafted through observing and interviewing user behaviors to understand how they adapt to a product in a certain scenario. My industry experience and educational background as a Product Designer from ISDI Parsons has enabled me to approach complex problems with a user centric mindset, while meeting business needs. I believe that understanding the user's needs is crucial to creating effective products. It's imperative to listen to the feedback our users give us and utilize it in our work, only then can we provide a sustainable product in the market.
