• As part of the product design team, I’ve been responsible for shaping end-to-end experiences across various seller and internal tools within the e-commerce ecosystem. My work focuses on creating intuitive, scalable, and efficient workflows that empower sellers, internal stakeholders, and buyers alike.
• Key Areas of Impact:
• Seller Onboarding Experience: Designed seamless onboarding flows to reduce seller drop-offs and ensure a smooth first-time setup, from registration to first product listing.
• Order Management Systems: Worked on simplifying the seller-facing order processing interface to ensure clarity, faster fulfillment, and fewer operational errors.
• Catalogue Management: Built intuitive catalogue workflows for bulk uploads, edits, approvals, and error handling — improving accuracy and speed for sellers managing their listings.
• Sourcing Team Applications: Designed internal tools for sourcing and quality check (QC) processes, helping internal teams manage sample approvals.
• Worked on Buyer Central modules across attitude mapping, size block and brand setup, product and supplier creation, user access controls, ASN handling for QC and sourcing teams, and end-to-end order workflows
• Worked on the WMS module handling complete warehouse operations — from inbound processes and GRN creation to outbound repacking, shipment consolidation, ASN listing, and reporting.
• FBS (Fulfilled by Styli) Module: Enhanced user journeys by improving inventory visibility and streamlining the entire process—from option selection, approval and rejection workflows, pricing negotiation, to PO release—optimizing efficiency for both sellers and internal teams.
• Throughout these initiatives, I’ve collaborated closely with PMs, engineers, and business stakeholders to conduct user research, prototype interactions, and validate designs — ensuring each solution aligns with both user needs and business goals.
