• Heading Architecture Department which acts as a support team to the Investment team or Fund Manager by reviewing land proposals received from all across India as follows:1) Site visit to get a grasp of the surrounding developments.2) To analyze the proposal with respect to the prevailing D.C.Rules and regulations and Zoning of the plot.3)To analyze various issues such as the type of land whether agricultural, ULC if applicable, any other restrictions etc.4)To prepare FSI statement and Area Analysis Sheet for the developable area to be considered for financial calculations 5)After execution of deal, prepare a design brief for the project and suggest and approach Design Consultants (Master planners & Architects) best suited for the project. 6) Analyse the design and give suggestions 7) Monitor during construction phase 8) Prepare a Cost Analysis statement in conjunction and on basis of inputs received from Developers.9) Suggest changes in municipal drawings for maximization of FSI etc.
• 10) Liasion with Government authorities to assist developers inclusive of Municipal Corporations, SRA & State Government (Mantralay) with Principal Secretaries for the projects invested in. Fund has invested in projects ranging from Residential, Mixed Use, Redevelopment, SRA, townships in and around Mumbai and also all across India.
• 11) Liasion with Environmental authorities and make presentations if necessary.
• 12) Keep update on all new notifications issued by Government and assess the impact of the same on projects invested in.
