• A) Pillar Data Systems (Oracle) : Certified ADS, CIFS & led a team at Calsoft for Pillar Data Systems. My role involved testing the CIFS implementation of PDS. In addition to writing test plans & test execution, I was involved in new test cell development work – e.g.: Multi client test cell, NAS filesystem security and multi-protocol locking. Participated in resolving customer issues and coming up with new test cases for Oracle's key customers. Additionally I mentored team members with defect regressions and troubleshooting. I managed the Functional Test groups for the Oracle-Pillar project at Calsoft. Worked closely with the Oracle development teams and the architects to develop the Functional NAS Test plans for multiple product releases.
• B) Fusion-io : Currently managing a team of 20 engineers . I have participated in making technical proposals for the customer and am responsible for growing the existing account over the past 3 years. I am actively involved in test planning, hardware management, process enhancement and status reporting activities. As part of my role, I coordinate the project activities between the US management test teams and the off-shore team in India.
• C) FalconStor - Designed and developed a Storage Provisioning Management (SPM) Adapter for FalconStor‟s NSS arrays which helps to virtualize storage from different vendors. This project involved creating design documents for implementing the FalconStor NSS API‟s, creating test plans, test cases from scratch. I managed both the development and QA activities on this project till completion.
• D) Riverbed - Tested the backup and restore of the CMC configuration of the Riverbed steelhead device. FTP, NFS & CIFS protocols were tested. CMC screens were analyzed. Various cross browser tools and WAN emulators were used in the testing efforts.

• Worked on certifying CIFS,AFP & DST components for the OES2 SP1 release.
• For the above mentioned protocols my tasks were to design and develop test cases, install and configure the CIFS and AFP servers on SLES-10, create QA test plans, bug filing, defect regression and bug tracking, generation of test matrices, & reports. Organized “TestFest” at Novell, Bangalore and received accolades from the senior leadership team for my contribution.

• Worked on various FSM releases, DX-UL, DX-Windows teams in the IMSG group at EMC,Bangalore.
• For all the above mentioned products, I was involved in testing multiple releases till GA. My tasks included setting up test environments, creating QA test plans, bug filing & tracking, generation of test matrices and test reports. Executed Licensing, Installation, Acceptance, System and acceptance tests. I tested different ports of these products on each of the following filesystems – EXT2FS, EXT3FS, UFS & VxFS 4.1. Attended the EMC Tech Foundation course, Clarion, DiskXtender & EmailXtender Trainings.

• Panasas- Worked on interoperability, data integrity & error injection testing of the PanFS protocol. Ported a NFS & CIFS Regression Automation test suite for testing PanFS protocol from Linux to Solaris and FreeBSD. Was involved in writing test plans, test execution, creating test reports and handling customer escalations at Calsoft.
• Was an on-site coordinator in the US for the Panasas team in 2003,2004.
