It was two and a half decades ago when my dad sat me down in front of my uncle's Windows 95 PC for the first time, that I no longer wanted to be a fighter jet pilot. He taught me how to type my name in MS-Office Word 97 and draw a few pictures in Paint, and it instantly sparked an interest that never went away. Computers and technology quickly became my life's dream, one that I held onto unwaveringly. So when I finally became a professional, it really did feel like the fulfillment of a decades-old self-promise. As a professional, I like to imagine what I do as some sort of art, an expression of self. It defines my thought process, approach, and my solution to a problem. Speed, quality, and teamwork are my guiding principles, the trifecta that makes it art-like for me. If you are fast enough, you have more time to work on quality, and it gets a lot easier when there is a team to do it together with— that is, until quality becomes intrinsic to the new skills you pick up. One of my biggest strengths is my ability to quickly learn the unknown and implement it with a keen eye for detail. The positive feedback loop of the excitement that comes with new knowledge keeps me hungry and passionate. Rarely would I leave the last stone unturned in pursuit of a solution. With a strong background in JavaScript stacks, including Node.js & React.js, I regularly dabble in system architecture design and write code from the ground up. Never to shy away from a challenge, I am often tasked with building up organizational knowledge over specialized and niche technologies like Kafka, Kafka-Connect, Scala, Akka, Beckn Workflows (ONDC, DSEP, etc.), and much more. My ability to learn quickly to an instructional level ensures that whatever I learn isn't siloed into myself but is accessible to others in the organization effortlessly. As a passionate tech enthusiast, I always strive to better myself and improve my intrinsic value. But going beyond just the technology, you can find me having worked on live presentations and demo-video production (including script writing, video editing, and voice acting) for my organization's stakeholders and external partners.
