I joined the Scayle team at About You to build a storefront e-commerce component library using Vue.js and Nuxt. This library was used by developers to quickly create shops and connect with Scayle e-commerce engine backend. Think Shopify for big companies, such as F.C. Bayern, Fielmann, or Marc O’Polo. My responsibilities went from building Typescript core library and frontend components to adding E2E testing with Cypress. Improving the DX and reliability of our frontend, used internally by several Scayle teams we could spin an enterprise level e-commerce in a matter of 2-3 months.
