At Phrasee (now Jacquard), I was responsible for innovating our Natural Language Processing – specifically language generation – capabilities. I was also heavily involved in our A/B testing and reporting.
My role involved staying on top of developments in the field of AI and Data Science, so that I could incorporate new technologies as they came into existence. My biggest achievement was the redesign of a labor-intensive 100% rule-based language generation system into a scalable hybrid system that combines symbolic logic, specialized transformer models, and large language models. This allowed us to expand our product offering into new languages and use cases. I worked on all stages of development processes, from ideation to prototyping to productization.
I was also instrumental in both internal and external product enablement.
