  • In March of 2012, we created the umbrella company Social Money (socialmoney.com) to include both SmartyPig (SmartyPig.com) and our new cloud-based core-processing API platform called CorePro (CorePro.io).
  • The CorePro API is a cloud-based core processing platform purpose-built for fintech digital strategies that provides bank compliant customer on-boarding, bank account issuance (FBO, DDA, Savings), ACH processing, RDC, wire and debit card issuance. CorePro powers some of the largest fintechs in the United States, including Square Cash, Betterment, Qapital, MoneyLion, Acorns, and partners with leading financial institutions like MVB, NBKC and Lincoln Savings Bank.
  • Led cross-functional teams in operations, customer service, UI/UX designers and developers to build out API feature/functionality and the back-office administration portal to satisfy stringent bank regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Worked with CTO and operations team to complete critical ISO 8583 certification with the Shazam Network and various third-party service providers
  • Worked closely with bank partner c-suite executives, operations and compliance staff to complete bank-of-record certification on the CorePro platform
