• TallyPrime powered by AWS is a collaborative solution with Amazon Web Services (AWS). Designed to meet business needs for MSME, available at attractive price points, and with dedicated support. This product is planned to digitize 1 lakhs businesses with 5 lakhs users by the end of 2022.
• Have lead project as a Product Manager and worked with cross functional teams, AWS and external entities. Responsible for overall delivery of the product and have lead team in doing user research, market fit for the product and still the GTM strategy for this product. Created a product roadmap and prioritized the features delivery against the value proposition.We have designed and delivered the product for scale and solving for major fears by MSME w.r.t data security, integrity and loss.
• Created pricing models and costing models targeting an ARPU of 5K in a year. We have delivered a balanced product with features while not adding up to the PUPM costs. Created a sale model for partners to be profitable from the day 1 while safe guarding customers interests.
• Product has been built in a startup environment, while starting from idea, inception, POC to delivery. Product was delivered in 7 months, with multiple market fit assessments and phases ( Limited release, Alpha & Beta). Product has received an exemplary response with 1 K customers onboarded in a month.

• Have lead a team to deliver Setup manager, Company Data management, Application interface and Self support for customers (troubleshooting design).
• Introduced, an enhanced notification frame for application to increase the product license subscription rate by 20%.
• A self support report "About" in product to know and act on exceptions in the deployment. Ease the support and we have reduced the Avg call time by 2 min. Support costs has reduced and team has saved 1.2 million.
• Design to delivery of troubleshooting / Self support with intelligence built in application. Support customer by partners, support team or ecosystem of influencers has elevated and an ease now.
• Worked on a license fraud detection to identify and govern. Product has been enhanced to be resilient.

• Delivered products features (Tally ERP9, Shoper and Stock visibility) and helped customers to adopt to GST with a seamless product release.
• Improved CHI by resolving major frictions in product. Reduced a 100k support calls with this initiative.
• Worked with integrators and helped them to integrate with Tally applications. Have published the Tally integration documents to help integration seamless.

• Lead a team of 3, and have hold the delivery of features for an enterprise product variant. Key responsibility is to help customer success, collect requirements from customers and convert them to PRD for product deliverables.
• Helped companies, leaders in textile, electronics & automobile, in digitization for their supply chain needs (e.g. ~1000 stores for a customer). Stock and Sales visibility product is also envisaged and it has been rolled out in phases. Our customers were able to onboard and setup at end retail stores in 1 hr.
