• At Plot, I joined in the middle of a pivot. The product needed a new foundation, so I redesigned it from scratch around how social teams actually work. The aim was to give marketers a clear system to plan content, run campaigns and understand culture through AI-powered video listening. I came in pre revenue and left when the company hit 1M ARR.
• I owned the core modules end to end.
• Creative Juicebox
• A unified inbox for every raw input. Links, voice notes, screenshots, videos. Synced across devices and auto-sorted by AI so ideas never get lost.
• Content Calendar
• A single planner that connects ideation, production and publishing. Clean states, shared visibility and a workflow that cuts through clutter.
• AI Video Social Listening
• Analysis for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts. Detects speech, tags, objects and sentiment. Surfaces early trends and untagged brand mentions that teams usually miss.
• Additional Modules
• Trending discovery, visual search and collaborator dashboards that complete the content pipeline.
• The outcome was clear. Teams ideated faster, produced faster and stayed aware of cultural shifts in real time. The product finally matched the speed of modern social.
• I also built internal tools that improved QA, streamlined handovers and formalized the design system. The result was a product and a process that could scale with the company’s growth.

• At Samudai, I worked as the Founding Designer. My job was to bring order, clarity and momentum to a product that was still taking shape.
• I owned the full spectrum of design. Product UI and UX, marketing infographics, sales collateral, pitch decks and everything in between. If it touched the user or the story, it came through my hands.
• The product evolved fast, so I rebuilt features based on real usage data, not assumptions. Every redesign had a reason. Shorter paths. Fewer decisions. Cleaner information flow. The goal was to make the platform feel obvious even when the underlying logic was complex.
• I made design handoffs predictable for developers. No guesswork. Atomic components, strict tokens, clear documentation. The system scaled because the language was consistent across every screen and every asset.
• The sales layer mattered too. I designed infographics, sales decks and investor pitches that explained a very technical product in a way non technical buyers could understand quickly. This helped the team close deals faster and communicate the vision with confidence.
• Samudai taught me how to shape a product from zero, set the design culture, and build the visual and functional foundation a fast team can grow on.

• At Hitwicket, my role sat at the intersection of product, design and team building. I worked closely with analysts to turn raw data into design decisions. New features, UX fixes, UI refinements — everything was driven by what the players were actually doing, not what we thought they were doing.
• I partnered with developers and product owners to make sure every implementation matched the intent. No loose ends. No visual drift. The goal was a game that felt clear, responsive and rewarding.
• A big part of my impact was operational. I rebuilt the design workflow from the ground up. Moved the entire team from Photoshop to Figma, which multiplied our UI output by four. Brought AI into the 2D illustration pipeline, which cut concept generation time to one tenth of what it was. That shift alone changed how fast the team could experiment, iterate and ship.
• I also supported hiring and set up processes that made the design function predictable instead of chaotic. Clear systems. Clear expectations. Faster cycles.
• Hitwicket was where I learned how much leverage comes from the right tools, the right workflows and the right design instinct applied at speed.
