With over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources, I am passionate about finding and hiring the best talent for the automotive and networking domain. I have a master's degree in computer science and I have passed the A1 level of German language. I am currently working as a talent acquisition manager at UST, a leading digital transformation company that provides innovative solutions to global clients. In my current role, I am responsible for hiring a whole range of embedded, device drivers, networking layer 2 layer 3, Java microservices, Springboot, EPON, experts with 3-10 years of experience across India and Europe. I collaborate with hiring managers on staffing plans and budgets, develop and execute recruitment plans, and manage a high-performance recruitment team. I also interface with clients and conduct fortnightly reviews of the closures. I use various channels and platforms, such as portals, LinkedIn, Xing, blogs, referrals, and headhunting, to source and screen candidates. I conduct HR interviews, referral checks, background checks, and compensation negotiations. I follow up with finance, operations, shared services, and candidates for joining and other related formalities. I also train the juniors on Boolean search and other recruitment techniques.
