Throughout my life I was told that I was a talkative child always interacting with someone or the other. May it be playing a mediator with friends or making presentations ,I have learnt that effective communication is at the core to success . Getting into recruitment was one of the best ways to use my skills differently ,being able to be an advocate for a Candidate and communicating their potential to the hiring team , I am happy to be able to interact with people from all walks of life. I started my career with TEKsystems supporting recruitment for contract staffing for various IT clients within India and parallel to that completed my executive MBA from Christ University . Later on moved to Goldman Sachs supporting their US hiring . I’m thrilled to be a part of Atkins ,and I eagerly wait to grow professionally. Process oriented IT Recruiter with experience in IT technical recruitment ,having strong experience in Contract Staffing . Independently handling the complete Recruitment Life Cycle and involving in employee engagement in order to improve retention and build relation with the hires post recruitment.
