• Roles and Responsibilities:
• Analyzing job vacancies, job specification and required skills.
• Screening the sourced profiles & shortlisting suitable candidates from various job portal like Naukri.com, Shine.com, Linkedin, Monster, Timesjob, Hirist.com
• Searching , Reviewing,Screening and shortlisting the resume
• Scheduling Telephonic/Skype /Face to Face interview of the shortlisted candidates
• Maintaining the MIS database
• Setting benchmark according to JD ,shortlisting and follow up with the candidates
• Freezing the candidates over the given Budget
• Coordination with selected candidates for documentation & HR's.
